3. Returns & Hygiene Policy: For hygiene reasons, jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn. Apparel may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition with tags attached.

4. Shipping & Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier.

🚫 Jewelry:

• Due to hygiene reasons, jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded if the packaging is opened or the item has been worn.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect jewelry item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
